Domestic (India) – Return & Replacement Policy

Validity

• You can request a return, replacement, or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

• After 3 days, no requests will be accepted.

Eligibility

• Only damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible.

• An uncut and unedited unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

Conditions

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with certificates, invoices, etc.).

• Our team will inspect the returned item before approval.

• Items viewed via video before purchase are not eligible.

Size-Related Exchanges

• No returns for size issues.

• Exchange available only if the required size is in stock (additional charges may apply).

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

Return Pickup

• We may arrange pickup depending on your location.

• Returned products may take 10–15 days to reach us.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

• If a refund is issued, outbound + return shipping will be deducted.

Damages

• Damage due to misuse or improper handling is not covered.

• COD refunds are issued via UPI ID.

• Refuse delivery → No refund.

Partial COD Orders

• After Shipping → Cannot cancel + No refund.
